Making Dreams Come True, One Vow at a Time...

Virginia Wedding Officiant

Getting Ready for the Dream to begin

If you're looking for high quality and personal service, you've come to the right place. At Dream A Little Dream Weddings I will give you the attention and personal service you'll come to expect and enjoy. My name is Kim Kelly and I have been officiating weddings since 2009. I love working with couples and their families to help create the Dream Wedding that their hearts so desire!

I love adding a personal touch to your wedding. I offer the ability to personalize your vows and make your dreams come true!!

I am highly educated and blend well in all walks of life. I never ask any questions nor do I require premarital counseling; although I do offer it. The way I got started is quite a great story; I never planned on officiating weddings. This was something that came across me because of a nephew who really wanted his Aunt to do his wedding for him while he was serving in the US Army. So, I agreed to a one time deal and before I knew it, I was being asked to do one wedding after the next, leading me to where I am today holding the title in Virginia as a Marriage Commissioner; I also am a Non-denominational Minister otherwise known as Reverend Kim. I am also available for quick Elopement Ceremonies as well. The choice is yours.

Which leads me to why I am so unique; this is because I offer each couple the opportunity to CUSTOMIZE their wedding ceremony ANY way that they like it! I believe that the words spoken SHOULD be from the heart as these words are the first words spoken as husband and wife! I do like to meet with my couples if the time is allowed to talk about the important aspects of marriage and make sure that the couple is fully aware of what they are committing too (this is NOT required or is it pre-marital counseling, if you are looking for that please ask me)! You are not just another couple to me, I take that time to personally invest in your wedding and make sure that your dreams do come true!

I am a full time Officiant, this is all I do! I travel all over Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia all the way to South Carolina! I believe wholeheartedly that the ceremony is to be all about you and the love you have! So that’s what I make it! I customize the ceremony for YOU the couple, I give many examples on my website that give you a good starting place! I do not do cookie cutter ceremonies; I certainly have a good personality, and certainly am an officiant who shows UP on time with a smile and a warm heart! I hope that I can help you two out!

I offer many ways of staying in touch and hope to be around well after your wedding day!  As I love hearing how life is progressing for you because I truly care! You can contact me through Facebook, Text, Phone, Email, Website, and even Skype!  And there is always the old fashion version of meeting in person!

Thanks again for contacting me! Please feel free to call me! I highly encourage my prospective clients to visit my Facebook page.

The one thing I would say is it is NEVER too early to book as I am typically booked one year in advance.  But with that said IF you are ready to make the leap do not hesitate on booking as dates do not last long at all.  My policy is I will hold your date once you have decided to book for 24 hours in that time payment must be made through PayPal after you get a detailed invoice.  Once payment is made through PayPal you get an auto receipt that will confirm you are paid in full as well as all the details of your wedding date, rehearsal (if you are having one), location, and ceremony IF you have that picked out.  I will promise you that I will NEVER sell you a rehearsal if you do NOT need one.  I have a series of questions that I ask to see how wedding savvy you are and a lot depends on the size of the wedding party as well. There are some large wedding parties that are all well versed in weddings that they look at me wondering WHY I am there… That is when I feel bad about money that is wasted in a sense.  Then there are some who don't want to spend the extra money for the rehearsal and they truly need it!

"I would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.”
